The BlackBerry Storm was RIM's first full touchscreen smartphone and was seen by many as the company's response to the challenge of the Apple iPhone

Indeed many people who rushed out to buy the Storm did so because they wanted the stylish smooth-screened and button-free looks of the iPhone with the business and email capabilities of the iPhone.

But now you can have the best of both world with the growing availability of Apple iPhone 'themes' for the BlackBerry Storm handset.

For the uninitiated, themes are packages of icons, colour references and other interactive gubbins that reskin the user interface of the BlackBerry Storm so that it looks like the Apple iPhone. Not exactly the same of course, nor will it let your Storm run any of the billions of iPhone apps available, but a good enough likeness to pass muster in a dark nightclub. After a few G&Ts...
