NASA launches its very own iPhone App

NASA joins the world of iPhone apps
Following the successful launch of its Ares IX prototype rocket, NASA has released an official iPhone App that’ll keep you up to date with all the space agencies latest findings and news stories.
The App itself will carry video feeds from NASA, images taken from space, schedules of rocket launches, as well as up-and-coming mission agendas.
The image section of the App is similar to that of Space.com, and essentially forms a gallery of deep space shots, mission pictures, and classic Hubble stills - there’s even some downloadable images thrown in for good measure.
In addition to video and imagery, the App also aggregates all of NASA’s Twitter feeds, which means constant updates by NASA officials and workers about what’s going on within the Space Agency.
The NASA App is available for free on the Apple Apps Store.
