Sony Ericsson Satio Snubbed by Carphone Warehouse

Carphone Warehouse has refused to sell Sony Ericsson’s new flagship device, the Satio, after receiving complaints from customers about how “buggy” the new handset is.

According to The Inquirer, Carphone Warehouse is sick of dealing with complaints from customers regarding the performance of the Satio.

The UK phone shop has now withdrawn the Satio from its stock until Sony Ericsson remedies these “bugs.”

The Satio, which features a 12.1 megapixel camera, was hoped to be the device that would turn around Sony Ericsson’s ailing performance. However, initial reports do not look good.

According to The Inquirer, Sony Ericsson have claimed that it is only a small number of customers that experienced problems with the device and its software.

In addition, Sony Ericsson has said that it is working towards a fix for these issues.

And Carphone Warehouse also confirmed that it is working with Sony Ericsson to get the Satio back in stock as soon as possible.
