First Nokia X-Series device priced up and ready to go
Richard Goodwin
The first Nokia X-Series handset is scheduled for release on the 27th November -- that’s Friday.
The device, known as the X6, will be Nokia’s new flagship device and is priced at a jaw-dropping £449 SIM-free. However, the X6 will also be available for free on certain Orange contracts.
The X6 features some impressive specs, such as a 32GB of onboard storage, a 5 megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics and twin-LED flash, as well as a 3.2-inch 16:9 capacitive touchscreen.
While the device is unlikely to rival the HTC’s, iPhone’s, and Palm Pre’s of the world this Xmas, it is certainly an attractive alternative for consumers.
The ultra-thin X6, which is only 14mm thick, also features mobile broadband over HSDPA 3G and Wi-Fi.
