HTC HD2 coming to Virgin Media

Virgin Media has confirmed that it will be begin selling the 1GHz Snapdragon HTC HD2 very soon, making it the first HTC device available on the network.
The Windows Mobile powered HTC HD2, which is one of the only HTC brand devices not to be powered by an Android OS, will be available on the Virgin Media network very soon.
Jonathan Kini, director of mobile at Virgin Media, said, "The HTC HD2 is a stunning handset and the first-ever HTC-branded phone ranged by Virgin Media."
The HTC HD2 is one hell of a powerful device, featuring a 1GHz Snapdragon processor, a 4.3-inch touchscreen, HTC’s Sense UI and a 5 megapixel camera with dual LED flash.
According to a Virgin Media press release, the HTC HD2 will be available for free on a £30, 24 month contract, which the company claims is “one of the most compelling tariffs currently available.”
Commenting further on the inclusion of the HTC device into Virgin Media’s repertoire, Kini added:
"Its launch kick starts a new range of high-end handsets coming to Virgin Media, perfect for mobile internet, social networking and entertainment on the go".
Virgin busts its HTC cherry with the HTC HD2, which should be shipping very soon...
